Driver Agreement

This agreement is between you and Dollivery ("we", "us") and applies when you deliver through the Dollivery Driver app. It is in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. You are an independent contractor
You are not an employee. You choose when to go online, which jobs to accept, and your route. You provide your own vehicle, phone, fuel and insurance, and you are responsible for your own taxes. Dollivery will issue tax forms as required by law.
2. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance that meets your state's requirements, and keep them current. Tell us right away if any of them lapse.
- Consent to identity and background checks where we use them.
- Use only the vehicle and account that were approved. Do not share your account.
3. Jobs and pay
The app shows the pay for each job before you accept it. Pay is made up of a base amount, a per-mile amount, and 100% of the customer's tip. Declining or missing an offer is allowed. We may change pay rates going forward and will show them in the app before you accept a job.
4. Collecting payment
Until in-app payment is available, you collect the order total from the customer at delivery by card or cash, record the method in the app, and remit it as instructed by Dollivery. You must keep collected funds safe and account for them promptly.
5. Delivering safely and professionally
- Follow all traffic laws. Never use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.
- Handle products with care and deliver them sealed and complete to the address in the app.
- Treat customers and store staff with respect. No harassment, discrimination or unsafe behavior.
- Keep customers' personal information private and use it only to complete the delivery.
6. Location
While you are online or on a delivery, the app shares your location with us to send you nearby jobs, and with the customer and store for the order you are delivering.
7. Deactivation
We may pause or end your access for safety concerns, fraud, lapsed documents, repeated complaints, or breaking this agreement. You can stop driving at any time by deleting your account.
